Accessibility

Accessibility Statement.

Kendall Esthetics is committed to making the studio, our care, and our digital presence accessible to people of all abilities. We treat accessibility as an ongoing practice rather than a one-time project.

Pending counsel review · This page is provided for transparency and general information. It has not been reviewed by an attorney and is not a substitute for legal counsel. Kendall Esthetics will replace this with finalized, counsel-reviewed language prior to launch.

Our approach

We aim to follow widely recognized accessibility guidance, including the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, as a reference standard. We do not claim formal certification. Accessibility is reviewed as part of our ongoing design and development work.

Features in this site

We use semantic HTML, descriptive link text, accessible form labels, keyboard-reachable navigation, color contrast tuned to our design tokens, and a skip-to-content link for keyboard users. Decorative motion respects your operating system's reduced-motion preference where applicable.

Known limitations

Some highly visual elements — cinematic intros, before-and-after comparisons, and animated transitions — depend on visual context. Where possible we provide accompanying text, alternative descriptions, or the ability to skip the experience. If an element creates a barrier for you, please let us know.

Reporting an issue

If you encounter an accessibility barrier on this site, or need information in an alternate format, contact the studio. We will respond as soon as reasonably possible and work to resolve the issue. Final contact details will be confirmed prior to launch.
